Washes, peels, slices, and combines vegetables, fruits and other ingredients for salads, cold plates, side dishes, entrees, appetizers and garnishes. Portions, carves and slices meats and fish. Measures and mixes ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, soups, and other foods following recipes. Complies with recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, and policies and procedures. Ensures that Department of Health standards are maintained at all times. Minimum Qualifications: Kitchen experience preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided on-site. Salary: Hourly/Non-Exempt Line Cook Job Description and Duties: Sets up and stocks stations with all necessary supplies. Prepares food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). Cooks menu items per recipes in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Cleans up stations and takes care of leftover foods. Stocks inventory appropriately. Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Complies with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications: Kitchen experience preferred. Training will be provided on-site. Salary: Hourly/Non-Exempt Dishwasher Job Description and Duties: Washes, transports and properly stores all dishes, silverware, cups and kitchen equipment. Maintains the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner. Ensures that Department of Health standards are maintained at all times. Dishwasher will move foods, dishes, trash, and service dish room and kitchen equipment as directed. Minimum Qualifications: No kitchen experience needed. Training will be provided on-site. Salary: Hourly/Non-Exempt Bartender Job Description and Duties: Setups, maintains and operates the bar. Takes food and drink orders from patrons and/or wait staff. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Serves wines and bottled or draught beer. Enters drink and food orders into register/POS. Collects payments and is responsible for cash drawer. Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of bartending experience. Must have basic knowledge of beers and wines. Must have basic math skills and have the ability to handle money. Must be age 18 or older. Training will be provided on-site. Salary: Hourly/Non-Exempt Server Job Description and Duties: Cleans and maintains dining room and server station. Greets and seats customers and takes phone reservations. Processes guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and in a timely manner. Recommends specials and advises guests on meal and beverage choices. Observes diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service, responds to additional requests, and determines when the meal has been completed. Closes bills and accepts cash or credit card payment. May assist bus person with stocking, removing, and resetting dishes and silverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables. Minimum Qualifications: Serving experience preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided on-site. Salary: Hourly/Non-Exempt Busser Job Description and Duties: Cleans and sets tables. Serves water and provides refills as needed. Removes dirty dishes and silverware from tables between courses, and clears tables after guests leave. Replaces dishes and silverware for next course. Returns dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to service station. Cleans up spills, helps dishwasher, and carries out trash. Minimum Qualifications: No experience needed.
